Terms & Conditions
Give these a read before you sign up — they cover what you get, what you pay, and what happens if something goes sideways.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the IPTV USA website at iptvusa.website and the IPTV USA subscription service. By creating an account, starting the free trial, or buying a plan, you're confirming you've read these Terms and agree to them.
1. Acceptance of Terms
Signing up for an account, kicking off the 7-day free trial, or paying for a plan all count as you accepting these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If anything here doesn't sit right with you, don't use the service — it's that simple.
2. Service Description
IPTV USA delivers live TV channels and on-demand movies and series over the internet — what's commonly called an IPTV service. You pay a subscription and stream on your devices. Here's what we offer:
- Plans billed monthly, quarterly, every six months, or annually.
- Tiers for 1, 2, 3, or 5 simultaneous connections.
- A 7-day free trial, one per household.
Channel lineups, on-demand titles, and feature availability can shift based on what our content partners license to us. We don't promise any specific channel will always be on the grid.
3. Subscription & Billing
- Prices show in USD. Local taxes may get added at checkout depending on where you're paying from.
- Payments run through Stripe, PayPal, or supported cryptocurrency processors. We never see or store your full card number.
- One-time plan payments don't auto-renew. If you want to keep going past your term, you'll order again — no card on file getting hit out of the blue.
- If a recurring plan is offered and you pick it, we'll email you before each renewal. Cancel before that date or the charge runs.
4. Free Trial
The 7-day free trial gives you the full IPTV USA lineup — every channel, every device, no feature held back. You don't need to enter a card. The trial is one per household, and trying to spin up multiple trials from the same address or device will get them all closed.
When the 7 days are up, the trial just ends. There's no auto-charge because there's no card on file. If you like what you saw, come back and buy a plan.
5. Refunds
Refunds are handled in our Refund Policy. Short version: if your first paid plan doesn't deliver what we promised within 24 hours of purchase, message us and we'll refund it. Once the service has been working for you, refunds aren't on the table — that's what the 7-day trial is for.
6. Cancellation
You can cancel any time. The fastest way is WhatsApp — message us via the chat button or our contact page. Your access stays live until the end of the term you already paid for. We don't pro-rate unused days on a one-time plan.
7. Acceptable Use
The service is for personal viewing in your household, on the number of devices your plan allows. That's the whole deal. Specifically, you agree not to:
- Share your login with people outside your home or sell access to others.
- Resell the subscription, repackage it, or use it for any commercial purpose without written permission from us.
- Record, copy, or redistribute any of the content you stream.
- Run bots, scrapers, or automated tools against the service or our infrastructure.
- Try to stream on more connections than your plan permits, or work around our security or geo controls.
- Use the service to do anything illegal in your country.
Break these and we'll suspend or close your account without a refund. We don't love doing it, but credential-sharing and resale wreck the service for everyone else.
8. Intellectual Property
The channels and titles you stream are owned by the broadcasters and studios that produced them. IPTV USA doesn't own that content — we're delivering licensed feeds. The IPTV USA name, logo, website design, code, and marketing copy are ours, and you can't copy or reuse them without permission.
9. Service Availability & Disclaimers
We aim for 99.9% uptime and we hit it most months. We can't promise the service will never go down, though. We aren't responsible for outages caused by:
- Your internet connection, router, or ISP.
- Planned maintenance windows we've announced ahead of time.
- Force majeure — natural disasters, government action, infrastructure failures outside our reach.
- Channel providers pulling their feeds or losing their own licensing.
- Your own device, app, or settings being out of date or misconfigured.
The service is provided "as is." We don't warrant that every channel will be on every day or that the experience will be perfect on every device.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, IPTV USA isn't liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages connected to your use of the service. If you do have a claim against us under these Terms, the total amount we'd owe you is capped at what you've paid us for your current subscription term. That's the ceiling.
11. Indemnification
If your misuse of the service — credential sharing, resale, illegal activity, you name it — lands us in a dispute with someone else, you agree to cover our reasonable costs and any damages we end up paying out as a result.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are interpreted under general principles of international commercial law. If we ever disagree about something, we'll try to sort it out by talking it through first. If that doesn't work, the dispute goes to binding arbitration rather than a court.
13. Changes to Terms
We can update these Terms when we need to — new payment processors, new regulations, that kind of thing. When we do, we'll update the date at the top. If you keep using the service after a change, you've accepted the new version. Big changes get an email heads-up.
14. Contact
Got a question about these Terms or anything in them? Reach us through our contact page and we'll get back to you, usually the same day.
